Parcel Lost and never delivered

Hello,
I was supposed to receive a parcel on 19/05/2021. Royal Mail lost the parcel and wrongly defined it as delivered.
I have already spoken with Royal Mail and the sender and they ultimately told me to contact you for a refund.
The tracking number of the parcel is: LZ788100019CN and the case number for Royal Mail is: 1-7376125075.
Although the parcel was supposed to be delivered more than one month ago I have arose the problem with Royal Mail already one moth ago and they told me that China Post and Royal Mail should get in touch to investigate the situation and arrange a refund. I have proof that the parcel has not been delivered as Royal Mail is aware of this and already tried to find the parcel they lost.
I want this situation to be solved ASAP and get a refund.

Hi Lucrezia,

Sorry, we are only a tracking platform. You couldn't contact China Post from UK. If you couldn't receive it, you need to contact seller for refund. China Post only has shipping contract with seller not buyer. So if the parcel is lost or stuck for a long time, China Post will compensate the money to shipper not receiver. If you can not get the goods in time, you have the right to get your money back from seller.

I have returned a parcel from Ireland to China and I had the person receiving the parcel check on its status and they have been told that the parcel is lost. How do I claim for compensation as this is €70 I expect to recieve back as it was sent tracked and made it to China and lost by the post office not me?
