Parcel lost in transit

I ordered a parcel (LV252741900Cn) back 2 months ago and it was released from customs on the 28 October 2021. I tracked my parcel today and it was handed over to the transit company on the 28 October 2021 and it hasn’t been traceable since. Would you be able to check if my parcel (LV252741900Cn) is there please and if so please post it out to me
