Scenario 2 – Tracking system quirks
Sometimes airlines send multiple status updates for the same flight

Or the parcel was transferred between different carriers/cargo planes

The bottom line
Your package is in the air or has just landed. It is no longer sitting in Chinese customs or a warehouse. This is progress – just slower than expected.

What to watch for next
Once your parcel arrives in France, La Poste tracking should show:

"Your package has arrived in France"

"Your package is being processed by customs" (may take 1–3 days)

"Your package has left customs"

Then delivery scheduling with a date range
