Parcel Not Moved In 8 Days!

I'm beginning to think that the tracking number I was given (SY15014718708) is a fake. The only tracking info I've had was "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to the United Kingdom" on 14th March. It's now the 23rd and I've heard nothing. The original seller is not being helpful and just said "You need to be patient" no offer to chase things up for me at all. I'm really getting frustrated now because I was guaranteed delivery by yesterday and I have no idea what's going on!

There is only 'Pre-Shipment Info Sent to United Kingdom' information for it at present. Possible reason is the sender just created the order number but hasn't shipped it. You'd better contact the seller to confirm.
