Parcel on the wrong flight

Hi, my parcel LZ814668009CN shows it is in Japan customs office but it is meant to come to UK.
Can you give me an update on what's going to happen next? The seller said it went to the wrong flight and I have to wait until it goes back to China and then ship it again? How long will that take?

Hi Fernando,

It seems that it needs to be transited from Japan. You'd better wait for more days to get update to see if it's normal.

Dear China Post,
According to Fujifilm Outlet (service11), it was the fault of the China Post that I received a wrong parcel. A pack of socks instead of an Instax Mini Camera with films. There's a huge difference in the cost of the camera and the socks, and the company does not want to pay back my 45 USD as they say that you're responsible for putting the label on a wrong parcel.
