Hi i have purchaced an item from China with the tracking number LE206300159CN but when i use any App for tracking it gives me :
my parcel is in Beijing wangjing international Exchange Bureau with the remark: returned by security inspection with the symbol of (Alert) near the tracking number.i don't know what it means and what i should do? Please help! Thanks

I would like to know if it's possible to register as an international customer with China Post to pay for parcel pick-up service in China?
Example of operation:
We would ask our vendors in China to contact China Post when the parcel is ready for pick-up, providing our unique customer identification and account number. This service could be matched here in Canada Post to complete the parcel delivery chain. A reciprocal public pick-up / delivery service could be organised in Canada and elsewhere in the world.

My parcel no ER402392977 was released and delivery on 5th July , but unfortunately my receiver could not pick up
On the same day and my receiver this few days keep calling the delivery man Xu Jing Wu the name provided by the tracking list , but he did not pick up the call , may i request to reschedule as soon as possible again to delivery my parcel to my receiver please , Thanks
