Parcel sent from Australia to China Guang Zhou - is suspended in Customs

Australia Post Parcel Tracking Reference: EY120387842AU
I am unsure how to get my parcel currently in Guang Zhou customs to be released to the Seller. I had filled out all paperworks from my carrier Australia Post and stated the good were Return/ damaged goods back to the seller. How do I know what they need from me to release this parcel?
