Hi Dawn Jackson,

If it's stuck for a long time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Hello,
A parcel was dispatched on the 13th of October (LV302663371CN). It stated on ChinaPost, DHGate tracking that the parcel was leaving overseas on the 14th October, but then changed to state that it's leaving the originating place on the 31st of October. (Seen on Royal Mail tracking as well.) Haven't received the item yet.

Then on November 3rd it states flight departure.
- November 17th transiting via the transit Airport. Later states Received by Carrier. Did Royal Mail get it? I have checked the Royal Mail website and it still states that the parcel is still in transit. Only tracking at that point is the 31st of October.

Is the package in China or has it reached the UK? I have been waiting over a month now. I would appreciate any help that you can give.

Parcel stuck in states: aircraft arrival for 2 months (1 reply)

My parcel EA508394639NL stuck in the states aircraft arrival from Feb 20th for 2 months. Customer Service told me the parcel took flight KE925 from Guangzhou - soeul and soeul - Amsterdam on February 20th. But postnl said they do not receive the parcel. Could you please check if the parcel is still in transit in Soeul?? When can I receive it?
