since July 12, 2017, can someone explain to me what's going on?, and is there is anything that i can do to get my

This two package should have left China and on the way to the destination. China Post stops tracking for them. RM983655635CN should reach before Dec. 13 and RM984335663CN should reach around Dec. 25.
