Hello, it's been 10 days since my package has been stuck in DongGuanShi (labelled "departure from processing center DongGuanShi") and the seller hasn't been able to provide me with any information about it. I would like information regarding this. The tracking code is AT341640134CN

Hi Antonio,

There is no tracking information after Feb. 27. It may be lost or delayed due to some reason. You need to require the seller to open a dispute to China Post to further check it and give you a reply.

I already notified the seller 4/5 days ago, and they contacted China Post (or at least claimed to). Their responses were:
"Shipping in the next two days".
Then I asked them what they meant and they replied "This is still on the way".
At that point, I asked if the package was stuck in DongGuanShi and they didn't respond. That's why I contacted you, to find out more.
What can I do now?

The seller has shipped my parcel (CP408554960CN) in June. It’s a surface parcel, and the status has been stuck at “sent to airline” for a month. The destination of this parcel is Norway.
