Parcel stuck at ShenZhen custom and recipient has not been contacted !!!!!!

Hi, I have a parcel (EJ259134793AU) that has been held at Shenzhen custom since 6 August 2020. It seems that it is awaiting for recipient to pay tax, but the recipient has not been contacted till now. Could you help me check please.
