Parcel stuck in Australian customs 3wks


Tracking number is EB748442885CN.
This package has been waiting to clear at Sydney customs for over 3wks now. Australia post advised I need to get China post to lodge an enquiry to see what's happened. I can't do anything from my end. Please help. Thanks

You need to contact the seller and let him to lodge an enquiry to see what's happened.
My supplier said they can't do anything because its in Australian customs. I need some answers. Can you please investigate what's happened?

Sorry, we couldn't investigate what's happened to it. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
