Parcel stuck in China for 74 days

Hello,
My parcel has been stuck in the same place for over 2 months now. Is there something I can do to get it or it is considered lost now? The tracking number is RV560265499CN

Hi stylianos_c,

It should be delayed at present. If it couldn't be delivered in three months, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution.

Hello my parcel has been stuck in the same status - Cleared and awaiting international departure GUANGZHOU (CN), CHINA since the 27/08/2021. Could you please let me know if the parcel is lost or if there is a delay. Normally it only takes 4-7 days to receive a delivery from China so I’m a bit concerned.
