My parcel has been held at customs in Hangzhou since Thursday 30th September at 13:59. It was sent as an express parcel and I have not been contacted regarding any concerns about it. Can you please check the progress of its delivery? Warm regards

Hi Lisa,

You'd better let the receiver call China Post service number 11183 to further check what happends to it.
