My parcel RV377523231CN has been showing 'reached the place of arrival' since 22nd April 2020. Can you tell me why it has not moved to Royal Mail yet please

It's not arrives in UK now. It's at some other point along the way. You need to wait for more days to get update showing it arrives in UK.
