Hi Shirley,

It didn't pass the check on May 11 and returned back. It's sent again now. You need to track it in the following days to see if it's normal.

Good day officer,
I have a question regarding my parcel with tracking code : RF459365735CN
It's been 2 weeks that my parcel has been "leaving" Guangzhou TAC Terminal.
Latest update was on december 11th, and no update since then, I don't know where my parcel is.. could you help me track it?
I have the right to know whether the parcel is in transit or lost.
I had parcel cost more than this one, and even being sent / leave the TAC after this parcel. They arrived safely last week.
I tried to call your office but answer.
