Parcel update please?

I ordered the following back in March and was wondering if there was any update to the following? They’ve been stuck in delivered to air transport for over a month.

Hi TeflonShon17,

They are in transit to the USA now. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing a package arrives in the USA after it was delivered to air transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Good day officer,
I have a question regarding my parcel with tracking code : RF459365735CN
It's been 2 weeks that my parcel has been "leaving" Guangzhou TAC Terminal.
Latest update was on december 11th, and no update since then, I don't know where my parcel is.. could you help me track it?
I have the right to know whether the parcel is in transit or lost.
I had parcel cost more than this one, and even being sent / leave the TAC after this parcel. They arrived safely last week.
I tried to call your office but answer.
