Parcel waiting for inspection at customs

Hi. I have returned a parcel to a company in China and it has been awaiting inspection at customs for over 2 weeks. Please could you advise me how long this could take and if there is anyone I can contact to help?

Hi PooBear,

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check.
