Thank you Daisy for your kind help. I have some questions about payment.
1) if package come back to China, shall I pay again to get it?
2) is it possible to send package on payment by receiver

Hi Tatiana,

You don't need to pay again for it to get it. The seller should send it again to you for free.

Few sellers accept sending package on payment by receiver.

Parcel showing as 'Waiting for duty payment' but I have not been asked for payme (0 reply)

My item: RY443248095GB
My package arrived at customs in Chengdu, Sichuan on 4th December. It shows as 'awaiting duty payment' however I have not received any messages requesting the payment. It is now 6th December. I want to pay the duty and receive the item, but how can I pay the duty without receiving a message?

How long will it take to receive a message requesting the payment? Is there a way to pay the duty without receiving a message from customs first?
