I received a package that I did not order nor want. The address is correct but the return is to you! I do not want to be charged with this thing. Please send information about how to do this.

I too ordered two pairs of Ecco golf shoes via a Facebook ad and was billed £48 on 13/01/2020. The reference on my bank statement was www.yayo.
Today I received a Burberry scarf instead with a receipt dated 20/10/2019 and the payment remarks Payment: CU
Remarks CU9559980 -1201976819449. They claim the item is 6,180 HKD
I did not order a scarf, I have seen that from other people this is a scam. What do I do next?

Same as above, received a cheap men's scarf from Hermes (receipt) on 23 June 2020.
Details: Remarks CU9559980 -1201976819449. They claim the item is 4,050,00 HKD.
I paid for a pair of RM William Shoes from their China warehouse AUD $96.
"Vototech" name on my credit card transaction.

I too have just received a package of an obviously cheap copy of a Dior scarf and will be returning immediately.

It's sent by someone in Foshan, China. If you are required to be charged, you can refuse to accept it and return it back.
