I bought a phone online from china last year and last month it started give me some problems. I sent my phone to china for repairing because it was still under grantee and until now it haven't reached the supplier for fix. Fuzhou, customs in china want me to pay so that they can release my phone for repairing. How can be assisted in this matter?

On August 11 I brought a package to USPS in USA for shipment to China. Had all appropriate information on this. USPS placed their label over the label I did and covered the recipients phone number. I have been told that this piece of information is very important to get the package to intended person. Is there a way for this package to find the intended person without a phone number ? I have the USPS tracking info if this helps. Answer will be greatly appreciated and any assistance !!
