My package has shipped via EMS on March 18, 2021 with tracking number EV963016783CN usually package with EMS has been sucessful arrived 1-2 weeks after shipped why hasn't my item arrived? please help thank you

It arrived in Indonesia on April 7. Pos Indonesia will deliver it to you recently.

Tracking number UE902823463CN was last updated on Mar. 4th. I was told there will be no more updates because the item was sent by China Post Ordinary Small Packet. Is there any way to know if it actually left China? My second issue: I'm thinking of re-ordering the item and having it sent International Standard shipping. Will the International Standard Shipping take just as long as the Ordinary Small Packet? Are parcels that are being shipped as International Standard Shipping actually leaving China yet?
