The tracking informs delivery at 4050-292 Porto, Portugal but all are missing
Please let me know who is responsible for the delivery.

It’s a scam. The seller will send trash to another address close to you, get the delivery confirmation, then be able to collect the payment from your ViSA, Mastercard, AMEX or other company. Report fraud to your bank immediately.
