I got the same thing yesterday to return an item sent that was incorrect from what I ordered... they want me to pay for shipping N when they recieve they will offer refund even more of scam

Ordered a pair of shoes and got some knock off cheap plastic sunglasses.
Offered to refund once I send them back. All responses have been completely unprofessional.

This is a scam, do a chargeback with your bank. They send scarves, sunglasses, sock etc not what you order.

After receiving the goods you didn't order, if you don't relish paying the high shipping cost back to China (which is fraught with all sorts of risks) the scam will then continue to a 'negotiated' refund. 40% of your original purchase price, typically. Once you've agreed that, you'll be invited to 'please be patient' whilst they complete the scam and the refund is processed. (If indeed it ever is!) Worth consulting your own bank, as they'll often be sympathetic and bear the refund, even if the initial transaction was carried out on a debit card.

I ordered 45€ worth of kipling bags and got the same burberry scarf and i demanded a refund but they asked me to return it to the same address, i was stupid and did it and it’s been months and they never send the refund. I tried emailing them many times but the email bounced back and the website I ordered it from vipglel.pw is no longer there so yeah it’s a huge scam :)

Hi All, ordered LEGO for kids prior new year. Was surprised when money gone to China, immediately block card and informed my bank. Then received mail with parcel tracking from Chinese shop and in a month - received sunglasses. Opened dispute with my Bank and immediately received new mail from scammers - why, we sent you the goods, here post tracking. Then they proposed to return sunglasses immediately, otherwise they can refund only 50%. Return address was suspicious, i google it and found the same issues described above. Have not sent them sunglasses and in 2 months of the dispute, my Bank was able to return money.

... I also suffered the scam, a pair of poor quality glasses instead of two pairs of shoes ... the bank will reimburse me.
It would be appropriate to denounce by involving the Chinese embassy in Italy ...
they are cheating so many people ...

I have been in contact with ,,service9" and they say I have to send back the sunglasses I got when I ordered shoes. They will get me refund when they will receive the sunglasses. Это мошенничество! Я заказала вещи стоимостью 100 евро, мне прислали солнцезащитные очки за 5 евро. Предложили три варианта: вернуть 70%, 50%, или отправить обратно очки, и дали этот адрес. На почте Италии у меня отказались принимать бандероль, которая стоит 30 евро,пробив адрес Гуанчжоу, нашли поэтому адресу ресторан...Компания на мои письма перестала отвечать! Думаю обратиться в полицию Китая, надо прекратить этот обман! Я не хочу дарить деньги аферистам.

I just fall in the same scam, and unfortunatelly realized that they are operating since long time, using different names but the same scheme. In common is that they send cheap things, an emmail account of service 9 try to negotiate and use this address to ask the return of wrong package, which I guess they continue using for new scams. Could anyone on this chat claim this fraud to chines authorities? I think something must be done to stop this, and I guess Chines authorities and good companies shall see how they are damaging their image

Same here. Ordered a very expensive jumpsuit for my son - something didn't stack up because i had to wait for the confirmation email and immediately I thought that it has to be a scam. Started digging the internet and blocked my card straight away and informed the bank. Bank is in the process of the claim but not sure if this will help.
They've worked out a perfect money making machine and I'm afraid receiving the money back from the bank won't be that easy. Learnt my lesson for sure.
Unfortunately if someone is looking for their address on the internet - it is too late because you've already been scammed.
