Please need update where my item is

Hello. I bought an item with tracking number RV347085687CN seller keeps saying for weeks now it’s on its way but when I look up the tracking number all it keeps saying is “Logistics order has been created” for 20 days! Not to mention this item was purchased in January. Is this a scam??? I’ve seen a lot of people get scammed using China post. Is China post not reliable then?? Please help

Hi Kelley,

There is only 'Logistics order created' shown in tracking information for it because the seller just created the order on Feb. 21 but hasn't shipped it. You need to push the seller to ship the package immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 7 days, you will open dispute against fraud.

Item EV927302256CN departed shanghai on the 12/07 on an outbound flight - it’s now the 20/07 and there is still no update on the item. Please do not give yo usual crap of 30 days because that simply is not true. Since this item was shipped I have ordered and recieved two other items from China
