should royal mail be in the business of handling mail as i have tried repeatly to get a answer in my case my post has been in Langley for more time than it took to travel from Italy this is such a useless service it should be in the hands of more comp dent operator i know that there is a strike on but should you hold the public to ransom disgusting

I have a couple of packages marked under China post that are claimed to have been delivered yet nothing was delivered. I contacted China post by ermail no reply. I contacted the business by email no reply. It mentioned China post to USPS no record found from my local post office of such tracking number that exist. The delivery status says that the package was delivered on the 29th to an address 3 minutes from my home. I went to where it said that it was to find out that it was not delivered there. I went to my post office yesterday because the delivery date changed to the 26th and stated that my post office delivered it to my house. These packages are to big for my post office to delivery. There is no information on where they are. It just says delivered, but they were not delivered to me. The tracking number is AG182454365CN.

China post says it delivered order on Aug. 2, 2023, however we did not receive and neither did any of our neighbours. We have contacted seller and they said that according to China post the item was delivered. Can you provide proof of delivery. We have checked our security cameras and no one delivered anything to our home or to our neighbours. I would like to know what happened.
