Product ordered and shows shipped, but now company website deleted.

Can you please provide for me the weight and the dimensions of the product that I ordered, paid for and shows in transit? The website of the company I ordered from has been shut down as well as all links to the product ordered.

It's critical I receive this data as soon as possible to prepare for delivery.

I was told to contact the company if product does not arrive, but if they have closed, this may be an issue.

I need as much detail on the company, product, dimensions of the crate, weight, etc... As soon as possible.

Hi Tony,

Sorry, we don't know where did you make the order. The weight and the size couldn't be know. Only the seller knows it. It's not recorded by China Post.

On Monday 16th I checked the tracking site of my package, it had an update of the same day, saying it has entered a city near mine. Okay, I will check more often then. At the next day, that entry was DELETED. It does NOT shows any activity from the 16th, and only shows updates until the 14th. Is this a site error? If not, then why was it deleted? My package is tracked by CNE. The tracking number is 3A5V900594649

I ordered a product and your mail forwarded it, but I didn't get what I asked for, it was probably confused or sent a different package number to my email address than it really would have been because what I ordered and the product I received is not marketed by that company. Please help me!!!
