Question about delayed order

Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Sapounaki Zoe and I am writing about an order from Aldrich Ben company, I placed a couple of months ago.
More specifically, I ordered a Handheld Inkjet Printer on 17 April of 2021 (order No. #M227N02C491) from the aforementioned company. Though, the order is not delivered to the final destination; Serres, Greece. The parcel was shipped via your service (Tracking No. UU050923087CN). Through your tracking page, I see that the parcel is already in Athens (Greece) since May. I have called at the greek courier company that seems to receive the parcel (ELTA) and they keep telling me that parcels from China often take time to be handed in. But, it has been quite long time. Yesterday they told me to contact you.
So, all I am kindly asking is an update about my order. Do you know what happened and where it is located?

It has been in Greece since May 18. It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it arrives in Greece. So, you can't get more update after May 18. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
