My shipment was cleared with Australian customs on the 19/12/25 but is being held and has had no update for weeks. I am trying to get the seller to contact the freight forwarder to release the shipment to courier but she is saying she keeps checking each day but isn’t actually doing anything to release my package which is Dow over a month past expected delivery. It is my kids Christmas present and now his birthday party will be ruined as it’s a basketball court and that is the theme of his party!
Please help me find a way to release my package to the courier which has been waiting to deliver it to me.

My order is arrived at my nearest hub location and it showed out for delivery also . But now it is showing on hold . Please may I know why?

I want to know the dimensions and weight of this package? I was also wondering how much it costs to hold a package because I purchased something from an individual on eBay and he said he had you hold my package I paid for already, until he gets more money directly into his paypal account. And then told me it cost him 300 to hold the package but I don't believe that, I just wanted to know the weight, and size of the package because im sure I am being scammed LY614908772CN
