I need a USPS tracking number for my package that they said was delivered today. can't check with Post Office without a tracking number.. The tracking number I have is from China - it is AQ017387734CN. I also called the phone # listed on website ( +86 10 11185 and also tried calling +86 20 11185 )-- neither number would go through states is an invalid number.

You asked me to call China Post at 11185. I called and the person tells me she cannot help me!! she told me to call 'contact centre' but she does not have the number to the 'contact centre'. exactly who i can call in Shanghai to get hold of my package?
