11185 cannot help me.

Daisy, my tracking is LH196798202US. My package is stuck in Shanghai since 21st May. You said my package will not go to Singapore because the seller wrongly indicated China as destination. You asked me to call China Post at 11185. I called and the person tells me she cannot help me!! she told me to call 'contact centre' but she does not have the number to the 'contact centre'. exactly who i can call in Shanghai to get hold of my package?

It's sent by a slow way of China Post. China Post doesn't provide full tracking service for it. So, you couldn't get update after April 5. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
