I have ordered some goods from Pandabuy recently and when my parcel was delivered to Russia it didn’t pass the customs and got sent back. Pandabuy support recommended me to intercept the parcel but I dont know how to do it

I've just been a victim of a paypal scam.
The item has been sent from Australia but funds "paid" was a fraudulent email.

Parcel EJ206359769AU is currently in transit to China. I've tried to call +86 11183 or +86 11185 and the number doesn't work.

Please help! I've already told Australia Post but because they close on the weekend I'm worried that it will be delivered and won't get stopped in time.

Is there any way I can intercept my parcel? I have been involved in a scam and need my item returned to sender
