When I inquired about my package, the answer I received was "It was delivered to air transport on March 27. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the US after it was delivered to air transport. As it has been over two months, it's not normal. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get refund."
I ordered from a small businessman. Why should he have to personally refund me when it apparently became lost during shipment with your company?

He will get refund from China Post if it's lost. China Post only has shipping contract with seller not buyer. He has the responsibility to refund you as you bought it from him not from China Post directly.
