Hello!
On April 11, 2025, I registered a parcel for the return of a smart watch to a store in Hong Kong (China) at the 90th post office through the operator Sviridova Elena Leontyevna. At the same time, the goods were inspected, a Customs Declaration was issued and 2508 rubles were paid for delivery to the final recipient (see Appendix). Accordingly, the parcel was assigned the tracking number RO150117804RU. However, when tracking, it was discovered that the goods were in China at customs without movement since 04/24/2025 or because there was no invoice or some duty was not paid (?). I did not receive any information that I should complete or pay anything either from Russian Post, or China Post, or from Chinese customs. Since, on the one hand, I am not an exporter and act as an individual, returning the goods to the store, on the other hand, I, not having a service agreement with China Post, “entrusted” this to JSC Russian Post, issued a customs declaration with the help of an operator of JSC Russian Post and paid for the full service of JSC Russian Post for delivery to the final recipient and, therefore, the entire subsequent delivery procedure is determined only by the actions of JSC Russian Post.
Please look into my request and give me an answer.

It's waiting for the receiver in China to pay tax now. The receiver or you can use WeChat to finish payment. Just search 'ems 邮件代理报关' from WeChat Mini Program（微信小程序). Then, the receiver can click '缴纳税款' to pay. If you are the sender, you can also help the receiver to pay taxes by clicking '帮他人缴税' to check how much you need to pay the finish payment. They support payment through Alipay, WeChat and bank card.
