Return goods to China-Customs Status Unchanged

Hi,
Just wondering why my return package of clothing to China would be held in customs all this time. The US tracking number is CJ194275004US. Please let me know if you can provide any insight. The seller has yet to respond if they received any contact but I'm not surprised as they didn't expect me to pay to return the clothing. If anything additional is needed, can I contact China Post or Customs from the US to resolve the matter? If so, please provide any contact information you have available. Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.

Hi TQ,

It's hard for you to contact China Post directly from the US. You can only contact USPS to check what happends to it now.

Hello,
I decided to return goods that were bought in China and it was send by air mail, all went well until May, when the package went through the customs again and it's been there 3 mths already.
Here's the tracking number - CP225942147PL, would you be so kind and advise, what might be the problem? I am left with no money refund and no goods stuck in China :(

Hello! My return is stuck at customs (CNCANA) and fruugo.com asking me to put 5€ instead of 130€ as value of the goods. They also asked me to hand over the telephonenumber, so that customs can call them?
How can i solve this problem, so that i will be refunded with the price as expected? Best Regards!
