Rcvd pkg wasn’t what ordered (LY624594591CN). Ad is misleading. Return label needed to send back for refund. What do I need to do?

You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem. If the seller would like you reuturn it back and refund you, they will give you the address and phone number to return back.

The shoes that I ordered are too short and too wide and they are such poor quality I would like to return them. Please advise me on the best way to do this! Thank you, Donna Gianotti
