I returned a package to an online shop with address in China.
Name: Wu Xi
Address: Building 4, 4th Floor, 58 Baiye Road
City: Dongguan
State: Guangdong
Postal code: 523000
Country: China
The DHL reference is: CR908291961DE
They say that they did not receive the package because it is stuck in customs.
Do you need any further information from me about the package? Please let me know!

Hello,

I’ve recently sent a parcel back to china (via china post) to take up the warranty on the item but the item is stuck at customs. On the tacking website it is telling me that I need to submit a customs declaration form or go through the return procedures. There is no information on where I need to submit the form or where you go for the return procedure. Would you be able to help with this? I have tried calling China post with numbers provided on previous posts but it says the number is no longer in service, I have also tried various emails.

Please inform me why my parcel with tracking number RE899374175GR is stuck in customs. My parcel is stuck from 25 February 2022. How long and i have to wait to deliver my parcel to the final destination? if you do not intend to deliver my parcel why do not you return it to me?
