ACM699660159CY- it's says delivered and it has been 43days since I made payment. When I email, the reply is just the same email every time. Helpless.

I don't think this is an issue with the seller as they post my parcel already. This is courier company fault. The tracking details it self is very fishy. Why is it only state the postcode and not my address. In Malaysia, for every delivery the delivery man will send text with proof. No one will pick up parcel at 10.37pm. All o want is proof from the courier company or details of the man who delivered my parcel.

It's shipped by Guangzhou Red Cloud International Trade Co., Ltd. (红云邮贸). Tracking information shows it was delivered on June 3. If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and require the seller to contact the courier to check it for you. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
