Shipping problem

My shein says shows that my package is stuck in USPS however it is being shown under the reviews section and i am not sure if the courier recieved it because I haven't gotten any updates. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

Hi Talia,

If you couldn't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
