Sorting facility stuck

I have order 2 items online from the same website which are 1 days apart. Both of them departed from same city. The latest order already arrived in Canada custom whereas the early online was stuck at Beijing sorting facility. What’s going on with my item ?

My tracking number : LL572462876CN

Hello - My parcel has been stuck in a sorting facility in Nanjing for 3 weeks. Is this a sign that it has been detained by customs? Seller is not being helpful. Thank you.

It's not stuck in Beijing. It left China on July 25 and on the way to Canada now:

2019-07-25 00:09 - CNHGHD,China, International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada
