the spedition CY588062363DE is stocked in China since 2 weeks (precisely 15 days as of today, 17.09.2024). I don't understand why it is not moving from there and i have time pressure, that it is delivered asap, since i only had 30 days for returning the goods and receiving back the refund from the online shop that sold me the goods. I don't have any possibility to contact anybody in china.

24/05/2023 I did send back the faulty item to the Seller located in China. I did contact with the Seller and I told them, that they need to call of that phone number: 0755-26755971, but the Seller ignores me. I know, that this package is held by Shenzhen International Customs Broker. I was trying to find any details about Shenzhen Customs via internet, buy without luck. I also know that in China exist few Customs Brokers. Can you please give me any details about "Shenzhen International Customs Broker" such as full adress. I need to contact them. The phone number is not working. Thank you.
