Status stuck at "item is at shippers warehouse" since mid May.

A parcel has been sent to my last month, in May, but it is still marked as "the item is at the shippers warehouse". (LT113051953NL)

I have tried to contact PostNL International mail but unfortunately they have been unable to help me, and the sender of the package can't tell me anything else/more than "the package is stuck at custom".

It's still at the shipper's warehouse. It may be delayed due to the coronavirus. You'd better wait for more days to see if it moves.

Any idea as to when the parcel will actually be sent?

Not sure, it depends on the processing time of PostNL International Mail.
