Status stuck at "item is at shippers warehouse" since mid May.

I have tried to contact PostNL International mail but unfortunately they have been unable to help me, and the sender of the package can't tell me anything else/more than "the package is stuck at custom".

It's still at the shipper's warehouse. It may be delayed due to the coronavirus. You'd better wait for more days to see if it moves.
Not sure, it depends on the processing time of PostNL International Mail.
Do you know where it is though? Is it Guangzhou?
