I Have been waiting since NOV 15th for my package,FIRST THE INFO SHOWED [Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou] has been exported to open AND NOW IT SHOWS NO TRACKING INFO CAN BE FOUND??????

From the format of your tracking number, your package belongs to China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is not registered. So, China Post doesn't provide tracking details for it.
If you couldn't receive it at the end of this month, better contact the sender. It may be lost on the way.
