Hi. I ordered a package on 30 october 2020 and the last update was on 15 november "arrive at transit country or district". Can you help me? UB179418451SG

Hi Joel,

It's sent by 4PX express. It was in Singapore on Nov.15 and should be delayed there due to some reason. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

I just checked my parcel where it is now. I seen that it says "Scanned into sack". Global Cainao says that it is "Arrive attransit country or district." Which one is now correct and was does the arrive at country or district mean if its correct?

I am confused, first its telling the package departed from transit country then it is telling it arrived in transit country. Is it in my country or in another country ? It is vague about the location of my package.
