Stuck in Guangzhow

Why is my package stuck in Guangzhou for over a month? It says it was on route to Portugal, it went for the international dispatch, and suddenly it says it has arrived in Guangzhou again? After leaving there.

It didn't leave China successfully and back to Guangzhou International Center now. You need to track it in the following days to see if it's normal.
