It's sent by PostNL International Mail. It's still in transit to Saudi Arabia and no update is available now. You need to contact PostNL International Mail to check it for you.

I have noticed that some people have a problem with shipments that arrived on 01.12 in Liege. I have a shipment that has been stuck in Liege since 1st December and is not moving.
