YOU HAVE TO OPEN A DISPUTE AND ASK FOR REFUND ..2 WAY MAYBE THE WRONG ADDRESS OR WHEN THE ITEM COMPLETE OF AN ORDER PROTECT TIME THY DO LIKE THAT SUCCESS DELIVERY EVEN U DO NOT RECEIVE IT
