It says that the item ZC64317936099 is in Cyprus Zakaki and i must pick up, but FROM WHERE DO I PICK UP?

Item UK to Cyprus being handled by China Post?? (3 replies)

Hello,

I am shipping an item from the UK to Cyprus (tracking number: RN580041138GB).
The Royal Mail website updated on 17th December to say 'Item Leaving the UK LANGLEY HWDC' and has given me a link to check the delivery partners website. The link it takes me to is the China Post website. When checking the status on China Post it says that on the 18th December 'Dispatched from Office of Exchange'.

Can anyone advise as to why this item is now being handled by China Post as it should be on its way to Cyprus?!
