Before Christmas I ordered a parcel as a Christmas present for a friend of mine. But It didn’t arrive in my country before I travelled away for Christmas. And once I got back, I checked my mail and my parcel have arrived in the office of exchange but it had been sent back to the shipper before I could accept it from the office of exchange. And I’m not sure if I can still receive my parcel. The office of exchange in my country told me that they couldn’t do anything and that I needed to ask the company and/or the shipper if they could send it back.
