Hi Alex,

The address couldn't be changed when it's in transit to Singpore now. When it's in Singapore, it's delivered by Singapore Post. You need to contact them to ask if they could amend it when it arrives in Singapore.

Hi, my trucking number LW252386979CN. According to the tracking system, my package was returned to the sender on August 25, 2022 at 8:23 am in LUBBOCK, TX 79408 because of an incomplete address. I do not understand why it was tried to be delivered in Texas if the delivery address in Walnut Creek, California? And why it is returned to the sender, but not sent to the correct address. According to the tracking information, there appears to be an exception in the delivery process, as no recipient was found.
I think it might have to do with my address being incorrect. The house number might not have been on the recipient. How do I contact china post on this matter? Is it only by +861011185 or is there also an email contact available? My local postal service is not able to help me out, unfortunately.
