I am writing with reference to tracking numbers: UT757057868CN and UT741187848CN
The tracking information for both parcels indicate they arrived at Secondary Processing Center in US on 01/16/2020 however I have not received the parcels yet. Can you please provide me with an estimate when these 2 parcels will be delivered to my address.

Package stick in secondary processing center since June 28. When will it leave there. This is unacceptable.

To my experience, if it couldn't be delivered within ten days after it's at US second processing center, it will be returned back or still stuck there. This may be caused due to the address problem. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.

To my experience, if the package stuck there for over a week and doesn't move, you couldn't get it. It will be returned back or still stuck there. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.
